We know community and peer support is such a vital part of stroke rehab.

With physical distancing measures still in place, many of the restaurants, hotels, and community centers that are commonly used for meetups are closed, or limiting the number per group.

To try and help during these challenging times, we are now offering virtual support groups!

In partnership with Different Strokes for Different Folks, our peer led support groups offer a safe place to talk through challenges, share feelings and concerns, and learn about resources that are available. The virtual groups will be held using Zoom, and participation is free and easy. Attendance may be done so via either telephone (voice only) or video call.

We are limiting 20 people per group and testing out different times that suit your schedule.

If you are interested in joining a group, sign up at EnableUs, and you will receive an automated email with Zoom details.

If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us via the chat feature on our site .
