Latest Research Reveals: Exercise is Key!
Want to add a few years? Not just to live longer and improve your lifespan, but to increase your healthspan. [ Definition: healthspan –the period of a person’s life during which they are generally healthy and free from serious or chronic illness.] Solution: Get moving!! Study after study reveals exercise is your best medicine to ward off disease and improve your longevity. In my last post, I mentioned just how this is done.

This article reported on findings from a recent study which revealed-
“People who engaged in the highest levels of total physical activity were twice as likely to avoid stroke, heart disease, angina, cancer and diabetes, and be in optimal physical and mental shape 10 years later”, experts found.
Not a bad return on investment! Simply put, a little “sweat equity” now pays off big time down the road.
