ComeBackStrong App Review Update:

In a previous post, I reviewed the National Stroke Association’s App, ComeBack Strong,  for helping stroke survivors and their caregivers with tasks related to home medication management, recovery, and general home safety items including tips, topics and useful links to educate following a stroke.  At the time of my review, one of the cons I listed in my review was that there were only three exercises working in the Exercise Tracker Database.  I’ve been following the progression of this app because as you may know, I’ve been quite vocal on how important long-term exercise compliance is for optimizing stroke recovery and am constantly looking for more resources and technology to improve stroke patient outcomes.

For the past 6 months or possibly much longer the Exercise Tracker link in the ComeBackStrong App does not appear to be working.  I’ve reached out the National Stroke Association as well as PCORI (Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute which funded the development of this app) on multiple occasions to help facilitate a fix but have not heard back.   This causes me to wonder,  just who is or was using this app? Please weigh in below!

Unfortunately, when I last checked the app (earlier this morning), I discovered the app is still not working. Could you help by letting me know if you are having the same issues?  Thank you!  This is what I get:

Once again, please contact me here or post publically in the comments below if you’d like to help fix this issue!
